Daylilytek reserves the right to change this Policy any time.

Terms and Payment for Services

This Agreement will automatically renew for successive 1 or 12-month periods as chosen in the order form for the life of the contract until cancelled in writing.

You agree to pay to Daylilytek the amount indicated in each invoice by the due date reflected on the invoice. Invoices are emailed or, upon request, fax or mail. Dollar amounts and costs indicated on the Invoice are in Canadian currency.

Daylilytek reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount and any other charges at anytime, upon one months prior notice to Customers.

Daylilytek respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website or sends us e-mail. Daylilytek takes steps to ensure it meets privacy principles and requirements with respect to personal information under applicable Canadian privacy legislation. Daylilytek is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.

We only have access to information that you voluntary give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
